+::+Latest updates+::+

Well.. It's been a long time since I last blogged here.. Hence, I will start my blogging again..  Yesh.. now I will write something ya.. :)

::=Lastest update=::

I'm participating in NDP 2010..  Last year was my first time participating in NDP..  If it was not my friend who asked me to join, seriously, I don't think I registered myself for this event..

Participating in NDP 2009 was a good experience for me. After biding farewell to my fellow friends in NTUC contingent, I thought I will not participate in this year NDP. I told them I will be busy with my studies, especially this is my final year before I grad.

However, Charles (the co-ordinator) has managed to persuade me. Since he has allowed me to join them after my exams, there is no reason for me not joining them. I can make use of this time to train myself, moreover, I will be able to meet my 'old friends'.

Indeed, meeting up with these friends was great. It's a kind of feeling like you have not been contacting them for years.. but in fact, we have not meet for months only.

This year, we have more friends participating, especially when we have teens (from NEBO) joining the NTUC contingent. It's create at least 3 generations in the contingent, making NTUC contingent looking different from the rest of the contingents.. because 'WE ARE SPECIAL!!'... haha :p

Yesterday we had our CR2 at Padang. Everything looks great except something is missing. I felt that our group still lack of communication which is something that we should build up before the actual day. Anyway, I believe 'this problem' will be solved since we are slowly building the bonds with every training we attend.

GO, go, NTUC!! We are the best!!

CNY shopping

It's less than 2 weeks before we welcome the arrival of CNY. I've went to Chinatown with my sister few days ago to do some CNY shopping.

As usual, the night market before CNY at Chinatown are packed with people. Sometimes, I do feel that it's good to visit the night market at Chinatown to feel the atmostphere of CNY. You will be able to see stores selling CNY goodies & decorations, listening to CNY songs, people shouting 'leh-long' for their products and etc.

So why not just spend few hours to do some CNY shopping @ Chinatown to see, listen and feel the arrival of spring.. =)
