My homestyle cooking of Tteokbokki
Tteokbokki (or Topokki) also know as spicy rice cakes is one of my favourite Korean dishes.
Instead of following the authentic recipe of cooking Topokki, I have modified the taste of the dish based on my preference, something that is not too spicy yet simple. =)
