My friends and I have accidentally came across 2 stores near my house selling Indonesia snacks & western foods last night.

Although these stores are located at my neighbourhood, I have never attempt to spend time exploring them.

Borobudur Snacks House

This snack house has been around in my estate since I am young. However, I have got to know the popularity of this store only last night after my friend told me. They sell Indonesia snacks that are very tasty, especially the Ang Ku Kueh which was rated and won Best Food Awards.

Other than Ang Ku Kueh, the snack house also sell other snacks such as Onek Onek, Rainbow kueh, & etc.

This is a newly opened store found in one of the neighbourhood coffee shops in Bedok North that sell western foods.

The pricing of the food and the portion given are quite reasonable. However after attempting the below mentioned food, I would likely recommend my friends to try the fish & chips which I like the most compared to the others. =)

My homestyle cooking of Tteokbokki

Tteokbokki (or Topokki) also know as spicy rice cakes is one of my favourite Korean dishes.

Instead of following the authentic recipe of cooking Topokki, I have modified the taste of the dish based on my preference, something that is not too spicy yet simple. =)
